The Moscow Benihana restaurant has two levels. On the second level, guests are treated to dishes in the "meals are entertainment" style invented by Benihana founder Rocky Aoki. Imagine: you sit down at the special Teppan-tables, and skilled chefs in red caps put on a real culinary show. These virtuosos not only cook before the eyes of amazed visitors - they juggle with knives, forks, and dishes, all the time joking and laughing. The first level has a more private atmosphere, with traditional couches and tables. Here guests can sample our chefs' fusion menu, integrating the traditions of Japanese cuisine with other culinary trends. How about trying a reel of "live" prawns, a dish resembling a volcano, or even a railroad!
Our business-lunch, and the Benihana Express Buffet (an unlimited cold table) are great successes at our restaurant. We have a special children's menu for your young ones, and should you wish to hold a special party, or celebrate a jubilee, we'll help you to arrange an unforgettable banquet. |
